2024-25 Research Hacks: TOPICS - Where Do I Begin?

Tips that will help with your research all year round.

Where Do I Begin?

The best source to use depends on your topic. Are you researching a battle? The recommendation would be to start with a military database such as ProQuest's Military Module or Military Periscope. Are you looking for a peer-reviewed journal on the effects of COVID-19 on school-age children? The suggestion would be to start with a general academic database such as EBSCO's Academic Search Complete. See below for great ways to start your research!
